SIM Card Manager is a free android application that gives details on the device SIM card including contacts saved onto there, phone type and number, SIM serial number and information, network details such as type and operator, device specific info and much more.

SIM Card Manager also allows Importing and Exporting onto/from the SIM itself, and Adding or Removing of Contacts.
